STEP 5) PERSONAL GROWTH MINDSET

Okay, what we want is for all of our Associates to have the right mindset.

And that mindset is focused on personal growth.

"The best project you'll ever work on is yourself."

We want you to be the best you can be, and in order to get there, you need to have the personal growth mindset.

Personal growth NEVER stops. You just continue learning, and learning, and learning, and more learning.

If you’re NEW and this is your first time starting a home based business or you haven’t done anything of this nature before, you WILL NEED to listen to all of the information in this teams training. It is information that will change the way you look at business, and that will get you in the right mindset for success.

One person a lot of people look up to in this industry is Robert Kiyosaki. When we watch his videos, we take in what he is saying. We practice his methods. We LEARN what he is trying to teach. And it adds onto our personal growth.

You have to be willing to be a STUDENT if you want to be successful!

"If you see someone else being successful, copy what they do, and you too will be successful."

Remember this! Especially when you're new! Listen to what your mentor and other members of the team are saying. Learn from them. Be the biggest copy cat you can be. Eventually, you'll be just like them. And if we continue this, the whole team will have the same mindset.
